Having Trouble Receiving $DEXE Tokens on a CEX?🤔
If your deposit isn’t showing, here’s why:
Old vs. New Contract:
We have an old $DEXE contract on BNB(0x6E88056E8376Ae7709496Ba64d37fa2f8015ce3e) so it was necessary to make bridge with wormhole, and create new one.
Most CEXs only support the new contract and that's why Your Tokens aren’t Credited.
If you sent tokens from the old contract, the CEX won’t recognize them.
So If you still have old $DEXE on BNB, swap them for new tokens anytime
For more assistance, please contact the CEX with your transaction hash (TxID).🆘
